B Building Addition

Ayars & Ayars, Inc. was excited to work with Caterpillar, one of our repeat customers, on an addition to their existing location in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Our team demolished portions of the existing building, such as a concrete pad, a concrete retaining wall, and exterior wall packs that were salvaged and reused later in the project. The addition is equipped with an Ultra-Dek roof system crafted from 24-guage steel. Our scope of work for the project included sitework, concrete, masonry, metals and finishes.
