Greenleaf Properties Reroof Bair Ave

Ayars & Ayars, Inc. was excited to be selected for another project with Greenleaf Properties. This particular reroof utilizes Butler’s Low Profile Metal Over Metal (LPMOM) Butlerib-II Roof System. This system allowed the new roof to be placed directly over the existing roof, which allowed portions of the building to remain operational during the construction process.
