<h1 class="light">LUX Remodel - Phase II</h1><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] --><p class="subpage-center-justified light">Ayars & Ayars worked with the LUX Center for the Arts on their original Phase 1 remodel and were excited to have been selected once again for the second phase remodel. The remodel of the two story building took place in two stages which allowed the business to remain open during construction. Work was completed on one level before relocation to the second floor. While, work started on the second floor the LUX began moving in art showcases to the first floor. This helped minimize the time between project completion and the facility opening. The scope of work for this project includes demolition, site work, concrete, masonry and carpentry.</p>
