Planet Fitness - Northeast

Planet Fitness decided it was time to expand their coverage of the city of Lincoln’s footprint. This facility is the 3rd and largest facility to date. After developing a strong relationship with Ayars & Ayars, Inc. on previous projects - they knew who to call when it was time to get the project rolling. This concrete tilt-up building includes a large mezzanine area inside that overlooks the other fitness areas. The space also includes fitness areas, a Black Card members area, locker rooms and a lobby. Ayars & Ayars, Inc. was the general contractor for this ground-up new facility.
