Ayars & Ayars, Inc. was pleased to re-purpose this vacant building into an office and project staging facility for Rasmussen Mechanical Services. A new mezzanine effectively doubles the office space and provides the most efficient usage of the available footage. Our scopes of work included: demolition, new front facade, masonry, steel erection, window replacement and interior finishes.
