<h1 class="light">Rosewood</h1><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] --><p class="subpage-center-justified light">Rehabilitating a troubled property was the goal of this project. Highlighting the abilities of our carpenters, masons and concrete crews; our scopes of work included: enclosing the existing drive-through canopy and constructing a new tower structure within the existing building footprint, erecting a small addition at the West Elevation, new facades on the north and south elevations and new fascia around the building’s perimeter. Ayars & Ayars, Inc. is pleased by the number of clients with whom we have completed multiple projects - our relationship with Speedway Properties is a prime example.</p>
