State Farm - SPG

Ayars & Ayars, Inc. Special Projects Group was called in when our client purchased a residential building to house his State Farm Insurance business in a new development. In order to bring this new location up to commercial code, our help was needed. Our design-build team was able to meet these requirements by providing additional parking space, making ADA updates, which included installing a wider entry door and building a wheel chair accessible ramp, and creating an updated office area to meet with clients.
