The Perfect Diner

Ayars & Ayars, Inc. was chosen to erect the home for The Perfect Diner at 2855 North 27th and Cleveland Street. We combined our efforts with a design staff from New York to create the ambiance for this 3,729 square foot masonry restaurant. Ayars & Ayars, Inc. scope of work on this design-build project included site development, foundations, building erection, concrete flat-work and MEP.
